Franchise Rules
In order to expand the sales channels of the company, ZHONGCHI sincerely looks forward to sales agents around the world.
1. Basic conditions for agents:
(1) has the certain economic power, commercial credit and excellent premises;
(2) a nice sales channel and marketing ways, a certain marketing ability;
(3) authorized by the company and strict performance of relative agent policies and regulations of the company, as an agent to sell our products and services in designated area;
(4) meets the deadline of sales amount;
(5) sound financial status, having no record of bad operation and debts.
2. The documents should be provided by the agents:
Basic information of the agents, personal profile, staffer, scale and various certificates and their copies (like business license, tax registration certificate, bank account certificate, valid ID of legal represtative, premises documents);
3. The relationship of agency:
Signs the agency contract to build the relationship after mutual investigation and negotiation and reaching an agreement.
4. The execution of agency contract:
The company should provide necessary documents available for operation, marketing plan, promotional data; the agent should observe law and discipline, carry out market activities strictly according to relative polices of the company.

Reaching an agreement after making substantive communications and exchange;
4. Signing the contract:
After mutual friendly negotiation, signs a formal contract;
5. Operation and promotion:
Guides the promotions and assists the sales.
